POSITION DETAILS
The Junior Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and future clients.  Possesses high EQ, excellent organization, communication, and client support skills to ensure a world-class client experience.  The Junior Account Manager is based out of our Johnstown Studio with flexibility for remote work options.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist National Account Manager with project management, floor plan take-offs, sales order processing, etc.
    • Manage house accounts by providing a World Class Client Experience through project management, forecasting, customer service, order entry, upselling, and ultimately growing these accounts year over year.
    • Communicate Crow Works' value proposition through proposals and presentations, etc.
    • Lead the charge with New Client onboarding efforts in collaboration with the National Account Manager, which includes, but is not limited to, understanding business needs and objectives, proactively scheduling touch bases, and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of their goals/initiatives.
    • Manage the administration of CRM system to ensure accuracy of sales tracking and reporting.
    • Develop a deep understanding of technical product knowledge.
    • Efficiently multi-task and collaborate with teams cross-functionally.

QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
    • 1-3 years experience in account management or inside sales.
    • High EQ and demonstrated problem-solving ability
    • Collaborative team player who builds relationships internally and externally.
    • Experience with project management preferred.
    • 1-3 years experience using CRM and ERP systems.
    • Ability to travel occasionally to the Killbuck Campus, as well as client locations.
