POSITION DETAILS
The Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for the production output for the Fulfillment division. Drives efficiency and oversees the day-to-day operations of the Fulfillment division.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure team achieves weekly, monthly, and quarterly assembly metrics.
    • Drive and manage quality and safety standards for Fulfillment.
    • Assist Warehouse Manager with weekly assembly schedule planning.
    • Utilize ERP system to fulfill orders.
    • Identify workflow efficiencies and implement improvements to current processes.
    • Lead, manage, retain, and hold team accountable.

QUALIFICATIONS

    • High School Diploma or GED preferred
    • 2-4 years related supervisory experience, preferably in the furniture or wood manufacturing industries
    • Forklift certified required
    • Experience utilizing warehouse management and/or ERP systems required
    • Superior communication skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Flexible schedule when workload and deadlines need to be met
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
The essential functions of this position frequently require the team member to use hands or fingers to lift, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, and to stand, walk, sit and reach with hands and arms. The team member is occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and must occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds. This position requires close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment, including safety glasses, hearing protectors and work boots.
