We’re growing - fast! We're looking for a Director of Recruiting with a proven track record to lead our recruiting team and attract top talent to Cruise.


    • Hire and develop a team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators across the Engineering and Operations departments
    • Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to identify, engage and close top engineering talent
    • Design and implement data driven hiring policies and programs across the organization
    • Optimize individual and team performance towards hiring goals
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with top talent in the industry


    • 6+ years of tech recruiting experience as an IC, 6+ years of recruiting management experience at a high growth tech company scaling from 100 - 1000 HC
    • Design and implement data driven hiring policies and programs across the organization
    • Impeccable interpersonal skills
    • Acute attention to detail amidst juggling multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong leadership skills with proven track record of developing recruiting talent
    • Lack of entitlement
    • Must thrive and prioritize in a constantly changing environment
