As a Paid Media Specialist at Crumbl Cookies, the primary objective is to conceptualize, develop, and execute comprehensive paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms. This role entails formulating effective strategies to maximize brand visibility, engagement, and conversions while staying on top of emerging trends and platforms in the digital advertising landscape. The position operates with a degree of autonomy, requiring strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

    • Develop overarching campaign strategies for paid advertising on social media platforms, aligning them with Crumbl’s marketing objectives. 
    • Execute targeted advertising campaigns, encompassing audience segmentation, ad creatives, budget allocation, and performance tracking. 
    • Train and become an expert in allocated platforms to strategize best based on platform capabilities and best practices. 
    • Continuously evaluate campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies to enhance ROAS and meet key performance indicators. 
    • Research and explore new advertising platforms, technologies, and tactics to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PR, creative, social, tech, and data analytics, to ensure alignment and synergy across all paid media efforts.

Qualifications

    • Education level: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and advertising campaigns.
    • Specific skills: Proficiency in social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Personal characteristics: Detail-oriented, strategic thinker, results-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Certifications/Licenses: Certifications in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint are advantageous but not required.
    • Physical abilities: No specific physical abilities are required for this role.
