The Video Producer position is responsible for capturing, creating, and editing video content both independently and in coordination with the Video, Marketing, and Social teams. This is not an entry-level role. This position will also help in the ideation process to continue to innovate and elevate Crumbl’s brand and video content. The Video Producer will work closely with the Director of Video to ensure that quality content is being released.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures that equipment for a shoot is present and working.
- Films videos on set or on location (occasional travel may be required).
- Shoots and edits a variety of video styles (product, lifestyle, interview, social media, and more).
- Edits footage in post-production.
- Manages pre-production for video projects, including providing ideas, communicating frequently with other teams, and working within a budget.
- Maintains a highly organized file management system.
- Works closely with the marketing, social, and video teams on a variety of projects.
- Be flexible and capable of working on multiple types of projects simultaneously.
- Produce content at an expert level and ensure it aligns with Crumbl’s brand identity and specific project expectations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3- 5 years equivalent experience.
- Proficient in capturing audio.
- Strong understanding of videography.
- High-level experience with operating cameras and filming, no specific camera system required.
- High-level experience with editing.
- Proficiency in Davinci Resolve, Final Cut, or Premiere Pro.
- Familiarity with apple operating systems.
- Ability to maintain projects within a deadline.
- Experience in specialty programs such as After Effects, Fusion, Blender is a plus, but not required.
- Experience with shooting products or food is a plus.
- Must submit a sizzle reel or portfolio.
- Able to maintain a positive attitude and have the ability to handle change with professionalism and authenticity
