This position will be responsible for various supporting tasks across the different functions of the finance department. They will work cross-functionally with the accounting, tax, FP&A, expenditures, and store financial reporting teams to accomplish recurring work and one-off projects as assigned. They will report to the Crumbl Enterprise Controller, but they will work with many leaders across the team to fulfill their responsibilities.
The position is expected to be able to work independently to oversee and accomplish regularly occurring tasks and to be able to communicate needs and issues with the appropriate leaders within finance. The person filling this position must communicate clearly, stay on task, and proactively seek opportunities to improve the team and company.
This position will mainly be remote but should be able to come into our Lindon HQ office as needed. Must be currently based in Utah.
Responsibilities
- Manage payment processor disputes.
- Manage store sales tax exemption collection, archiving, and reporting where necessary.
- Store invoicing and document request support.
- Collection and record keeping of store manager profit sharing data.
- Maintaining store accountant/bookkeeper contact information.
- Manage vehicle registrations and driver schedule with insurance company.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Familiarity with information systems.
- Capable of communicating verbally and in writing with clarity.
- Self-starter and capable of working without immediate supervision.
- Capable of analyzing workload and prioritizing well.
- Capable of learning new software and processes quickly.
- Capable of using MacOS or learning a new operating system quickly.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or accounting emphasis in business major or working towards is preferred.
