Sales at Crunchbase
The Sales team is responsible for spreading the adoption of our API and SaaS products - Crunchbase Enterprise, Crunchbase for Applications, and Crunchbase Pro.

As a Crunchbase Sales Development Representative, you will:
• Deliver qualified inbound leads to identify new sales opportunities
• Work with Account Executives to facilitate a smooth hand-off from early qualification to close
• Build target account lists and craft successful email and phone campaigns
• Make daily outbound calls and emails into target accounts to grow customer base
• Collect feedback from prospects/customers to pass to engineering to make our product better
• Represent the company by attending key events

What you'll be responsible for:
•  Manage daily calls, lead demos, and build phenomenal relationships with prospects
•  Communicate and attract clients from all types of companies -- able to entice executives at startups to the Fortune 500
•  Are constantly looking for opportunities to improve your craft
•  Are highly organized and have excellent time management skills
•  Naturally possess a high level of empathy and play close attention to the needs of customers

You have:
•  Approximately 1-2 years of sales experience; technology sales experience is a plus
•  BA/BS degree preferred
•  Working knowledge of Salesforce a plus
•  Experience with sales automation tools e.g. SalesLoft, LinkedIn a plus
