Overview of the Role
We are looking for a mid-to-senior level professional to help lead strategy workstreams in Decentralized Finance (DeFi) and selected Traditional Finance (TradFi) topics. The candidate should have experience managing people, and is expected to be familiar with the DeFi space. This role is based in Hong Kong or Singapore.

What You’ll Do

    • Oversee strategy workstreams including (i) DeFi strategy, (ii) Yield product strategy, and (iii) strategy supporting our expansion into TradFi.
    • Manage a team of 2-3 associates.
    • Deliver on strategic initiatives that drive concrete business results, such as pricing strategy, product strategy, market research & analysis, strategic partnerships & investments etc.,
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, and have your own POV on the market.

What We Look For

    • [Important] Strong interest in DeFi, as evidenced by familiarity with the space, and personal experience using DeFi products. We expect the ideal candidate to have been using DeFi apps regularly.
    • Bachelor's Degree or above.
    • 5+ years of work experience in a field requiring strong problem-solving skills, e.g., management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, equity research.
    • Experience of managing a team.
    • Highly structured approach in thinking, analysis and output generation.
    • Proven ability to take initiative and be proactive in identifying and addressing challenges or opportunities.
    • [Plus] Below skills are not required, but are a plus if you have experience in any of the below: (i) portfolio management, (ii) data analytics or coding skills, e.g., SQL, Python, (iii) prior background in computer science, engineering, or product.
