Our Product Management team drives product initiatives from inception through execution, makes impacts and launches products/features across our global footprint. We collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products.
About the role:
We are seeking an experienced derivatives or financial markets professional to join our CFTC-regulated exchange, Crypto.com | Derivatives North America (CDNA) to support and grow the regulated derivatives business of Crypto.com. This role will require you to support and manage the product roadmap objectives of CDNA.
The successful candidate will have derivatives and financial markets experience, including knowledge related to the operations and processes of an exchange and clearinghouse regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), including product development, self-certification process with the CFTC and product management upon launch. This role presents a unique opportunity to help grow the regulated derivatives product offering as part of the overall Crypto.com enterprise.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee the product development roadmap of CDNA working closely with the operations, technology, data, risk, legal and compliance team in order to develop and launch products on the CFTC-regulated exchange.
-Oversee product management upon launch of new and existing products, including product improvements and growth.
-Conduct product development research and analysis of market data in order to draft product specifications for products on the CDNA product roadmap.
-Develop high quality business strategies and plans to align with the short-term and long-term product development objectives of the business enterprise.
-Build and maintain strong relationships and be the point of contact for key partners, vendors and stakeholders, including data providers.
-Maintain a deep knowledge of the competitive landscape, products and market factors that impact CDNA.
Requirements :
-Proven experience in the regulated derivatives or financial products industry, including in product development and project management.
-Experience in developing sound business strategies and implementation of the business plan.
-Familiarity with diverse business functions such as operations, technology, data, risk, marketing, sales, finance, etc. applicable to a CFTC-regulated exchange.
-In-depth knowledge of the regulated derivatives markets including futures, forex, swaps, OTC, and options and the cross-border offering of such products from the US.
-Knowledge or desire to gain in depth knowledge of the cryptocurrency and digital asset markets. Strong reputation and connections with potential customers of CDNA, including financial institutions, swap dealers, proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, and cryptocurrency miners and market participants.
