Crypto.com is seeking a Full Stack Localization Engineer to help develop tools that streamlines content delivery and automation for global product teams. This role blends engineering with innovation: you’ll work on cutting-edge translation automation, platform integration, and AI-enhanced tools that power the global expansion of a leading fintech product.

Responsibilities

    • Build Localization Workflows: Design and maintain tools to automate and optimize end-to-end localization pipelines, from content submission to deployment.
    • Integrate Systems: Connect internal systems (e.g., CMS, TMS, code repositories) to our localization platform for seamless content flow.
    • AI/MT Automation: Implement and fine-tune AI-assisted translation solutions (e.g., MT integration, automated LQA, prompt engineering).
    • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Localization stakeholders to continuously evolve platform capabilities.
    • Drive DevOps & Deployment: Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, cloud service setup, and deployment tools for scalable releases.
    • Continuously evaluate and iterate on contextual prompt designs to address evolving localization needs and maintain high standards of linguistic quality

Requirements

    • 3+ years of proven full-stack development experience with a focus on web platforms and workflow automation.
    • Proficiency in:
    • Frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript with React or Vue
    • Backend: Python, Node.js, or Ruby
    • DevOps/Cloud: Firebase, AWS, Docker, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes (a plus)
    • Experience with localization technologies such as TMS, MT engines, LQA automation, or internationalization tools.
    • Familiarity or interest in AI-assisted development and prompt engineering.
    • Strong self-management skills, with the ability to work independently and align with sprint goals.
    • Comfortable working with teams across multiple time zones.
