The F&A team comprises multiple functions from Financials Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury and Operations. Together, the team optimizes our global finance initiatives and enjoys being detailed-oriented while multitasking across various exciting project scopes
Responsibilities
- Design and uphold risk frameworks addressing liquidity, asset-liability management, operational, and compliance risk related to crypto treasury management.
- Compile and evaluate daily treasury reports detailing digital asset holdings, liquidity status, and capital flows.
- Oversee crypto liquidity across exchanges, custodial wallets, and decentralized protocols.
- Build and maintain a risk monitoring system, including dashboards, to swiftly detect and mitigate potential issues.
- Contribute to liquidity planning and capital deployment, refining funding approaches.
- Deliver regular risk updates to senior leadership and escalate concerns as needed.
- Ensure compliance with digital asset regulations across various jurisdictions within risk management processes.
- Partner with tech teams to optimize and automate risk reporting workflows.
- Monitor investment portfolio outcomes, including DeFi staking and Liquidity Pool risk-return profiles.
- Aid in reconciling crypto transactions and balancing financial statements.
- Verify transaction accuracy across wallets, smart contracts, and internal systems.
- Enhance and streamline operational processes.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage treasury activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in risk management, treasury, or balance sheet oversight within financial institutions or fintech companies.
- Proven creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Sound knowledge of different risks of crypto assets and related compliance obligations.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a knack for improving operational workflows.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities in interpreting financial and blockchain transaction data.
- Solid understanding of blockchain protocols, liquidity pools, staking, and consensus mechanisms.
- Proactive, detail-focused, and able to juggle priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Solid technical skills in data extraction such as SQL and BI Tools would be a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating across Finance, Risk, Operations, and Compliance teams.
