Responsibilities:
- Lead complex, large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Collaborate with development teams to estimate work, define milestones, and manage resources.
- Drive results through cross-functional teams from design to rollout.
- Track progress, resolve dependencies, manage risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Blockchain Expertise: Apply strong understanding of blockchain technology (consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, dApps).
- Design and track key metrics, using data to inform decisions.
- Orchestrate technology initiatives with business feature deliveries, balancing technical and business priorities.
- Facilitate and maintain clear documentation for various audiences (e.g., support playbooks, API documentation).
- Optimize deployment workflows and improve knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of project and/or program management experience in a software applications environment.
- Strong understanding of software development, architecture, and infrastructure.
- Blockchain Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain technology and its applications.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies; Scrum Master experience a plus.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across business units.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to align diverse teams toward common goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in facilitating meetings, driving outcomes and summarizing documentation.
- Experience establishing processes and driving automation initiatives.
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence.
- PMP, CSM, PSM, or ACP certifications preferred.
