Client Solution Architects is seeking a Program Support Analyst in the Pensacola, Florida area. The Program Support Analyst will be responsible for managing Help Desk tickets and providing technical support for various applications within the Naval Education and Training Future Officer and Citizenship User System (NETFOCUS) in Pensacola, FL.

How Your Role Will Make an Impact:

    •  Troubleshoots, tests, and ensures application access for end-users
    • Contributes to the development of application processes by recommending policies and best practices
    • Resolves help desk tickets by providing initial technical support for applications
    • Assists end-users with application access issues using basic remote assistance tools compatible with major web browsers
    • Supports end-users in resolving personal computer-based software problems and configuring settings to access web applications
    • Researches technical solutions, performs software evaluations, and conducts performance testing
    • Contributes to the development of application updates, policies, best practices, and roles and responsibilities
    • Provides quality assurance of NETFOCUS applications
    • Retrieves Navy Reserve Officer Training Corps (NROTC) scholarship performance statistics
    • Downloads and publishes Defense Finance Accounting Service (DFAS) reports
    • Writes and updates KBAs in support of Tier 1 support

What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:

    • Clearance: Must possess a DoD Interim Secret Clearance
    • Certifications: IA Contractor Training and Certification and Computer Environment (CE) certification is required, a qualifying IT Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university can be used in lieu of this certification requirement.
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • 6 years of experience
    • General Experience: Electronic Documentation, System Administration, Network Administration, Database Administration

What Sets You Apart:

    • Current possession of a DoD Secret Clearance or higher
    • Bachelor's of Science degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science, from an ABET-accredited or CAE designated institution
    • Certifications that can be used in lieu of a Bachelor's degree:
    • *CIN A-150-2300 Information Systems Maintenance Technician (ISM)
      *NEC 737A Naval Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS) II Manager
      *NEC 746A Information Systems Administrator
      *NEC H09A CANES AN/USQ-208(V) System Administrator/Maintainer
      *NEC T02A AN/BYG-1 (V) TI04 Combat Control Maintenance Technician
      *NEC T04A SSGN Tactical Tomahawk Weapon System (TTWCS) Maintenance Technician
      *NEC T47A Submarine Local Area Network (SUBLAN) Technician
      *Certified Network Defender (CND)
      *CompTIA Security+
      *GIAC Foundational Cybersecurity Technologies (GFACT)
      *GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC)
$52,500 - $71,500 a year
