CSA+Capstone is seeking a Technical Integrator to track the technical resources of a designated program in support of our Army Client in Fort Hood, TX.

This position is contingent upon award of contract.

Responsibilities

    • Track the technical resources of the program and the state of the program’s capacity to use the provided technology
    • Maintain an understanding of the current state of fielded constructive and virtual simulations and fielded MCIS at all sites
    • Monitor each site's proper use of available equipment, software and hardware issues, and compliance with program policies
    • Track the fielding plans for hardware and software for constructive and virtual simulations as well as MCIS
    • Oversee technical requirements at each site, such as integrated classroom, staff certification, intelligence training, server status/training, and RMF currency
    • Maintain the technical certification tracker and the training cross-training record to help the program meet obligations

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree OR three (3) additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
    • Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience with military training and training support
    • Minimum of ten (10) years' experience in a leadership position at a Mission Training Complex
    • Prior experience at a Mission Training Complex as either a Site Manager, Simulation Support Team Lead, MCIS Lead Instructor or Network Engineer
    • Subject matter expertise in virtual training simulators and constructive simulations
    • Active Secret Clearance
