CSA+Capstone is seeking a Knowledge Manager to work on a designated program in support of our Army Client in Fort Hood, TX.

This position is contingent upon award of contract.

Responsibilities

    • Support the Hub and Spoke Knowledge Management Program
    • Review, analyze, and evaluate business processes, business systems and user needs
    • Manage Knowledge Management strategy and SOPs, and assist with development of new processes
    • Provide Knowledge Management training as required

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Management or related field
    • Minimum five (5) years' experience in a Microsoft SharePoint environment
    • Minimum five (5) years' experience working in electronic knowledge repository management, intranets/portals, collaborative tools, and social media tools.
    • Minimum three (3) years' experience designing and implementing web design, collaboration tools, and content management
    • Active Secret Clearance

Certificiations

    • IAT Level I certification (A+ CE, CCNA-Security, CND, Network+ CE, SSCP)
