Jr. Contract Management Specialist

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is seeking a Jr. Contract Management Specialist to support the Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO) in the administration of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Position is located in San Diego, CA.


    • Assist in the development, review, and/or revision of DOD and Navy post-award contract documentation, to include: demand letters, asset management, including disposals and abandonments, and deobligations
    • Assist the Government in reviewing contract deliverables to ensure they are compliant and complete
    • Track deliveries, invoices, and payments
    • Assist with award fee monitoring, tracking, and administration
    • Collect and analyze contract related metrics


    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
    • One (1) year of demonstrated experience in DoD Contracts Management
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent organization skills
    • Basic Excel knowledge (basic formulas, charts and tables)
    • Active Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

    • Intermediate Excel knowledge and data analysis skills (pivot tables, nested formulas)
The likely salary range for this position is $66,000 - $86,000 this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
