Client Solution Architects (CSA) has an opportunity for a Senior Customer Support Specialist to join our team providing direct support to our Naval program office client onsite in San Diego, CA.
- Five (5) years of experience with customer service principles and familiarity with customer service terms, processes, techniques, policies, regulations and organizational strategic goals.
- Experience in performing independent analysis and problem solving.
- Experience in being a Team Lead or senior member of the team.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Access).
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to obtain a DoD SECRET security clearance
Applicants may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; an active United States Department of Defense security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
