Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst with expertise in data visualization to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that help in strategic decision-making and operational improvements. This role requires a deep understanding of data visualization tools and techniques along with strong analytical skills.

How Your Role will make an impact:

    • Design, develop, and maintain data visualizations and dashboards using modern tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define data requirements, ensuring that the data used for visualization is accurate and relevant.
    • Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
    • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
    • Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
    • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.

What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:

    • Clearance: Must have the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret Clearance. 
    • CWF Certification or qualifying Bachelor's Degree.
    • High School Diploma
    • 6 Years of relevant experience.
    • Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
    • Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Tableau, Power BI, etc.), databases (SQL, etc.), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks).
    • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.).
    • Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

What Sets you apart:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field.
    • Experience in working with ServiceNow.
    • Familiarity with machine learning and predictive modeling is a plus.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
