Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Director to lead and grow one of our company’s major portfolios within the Army and Other Agencies Business Unit. In this role you will apply your leadership and portfolio management expertise to develop business and lead awarded programs in a dynamic and challenging environment. This position reports to the Business Unit Vice President.

This position supports remote work. If an office is desired, CSA has offices in numerous locations.

How Role will make an impact:

    • Responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of Department of Defense and Agency programs while achieving company related business and financial goals.
    • Responsible for business development and capture efforts that align with the new and organic growth targets.
    • Enable growth and capture through proposal support, pricing strategies, solution development, and competitive assessments.
    • Accountable for developing strategic relationships with key customer personnel, including decision makers, influencers and end users that have a direct impact on program success.
    • Build and maintain high performing teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve customer and company goals.
    • Provide oversight for the projects and program teams within the portfolio of business.
    • Strengthen CSA by maintaining an environment that values diversity of thought through the inclusion of our employees and new perspectives.
    • Develop and adhere to established guidelines, processes, and procedures to deliver on customer and company objectives.
    • Responsible for resource allocation, including budget and personnel management, making strategic decisions that align with company goals and developing an operating environment that drives employee engagement.
    • Monitor performance metrics and program deliverables to ensure achievement of program tasks and schedules, performance, and contractual obligations.
    • Assists leadership in defining and executing organizational goals and strategic plans.

What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:

    • Clearance: Must have the ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret
    • Bachelors Degree
    • 10+ years leading large, complex programs to include DoD program/contracts.
    • 5+ years' experience in business development/capture leading and winning new work.
    • 5+ years' experience managing Operations at a value of $15M or greater annually.
    • Directs and controls the activities of a broad functional area through several program managers within the company, CONUS and OCONUS work.
    • Experience planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods.
    • Ability to interact with a diverse audience, such as negotiating with customers or management or attempting to influence senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization.
