CSA is seeking an Information Specialist I to serve as an Assistant Contract Technical Representative (ACTR) for Commander Navy Installation Command (CNIC) located at the Washington Navy Yard, D.C. by supporting Navy and Marine Corps Internet/Next Generation Network (NMCI/NGEN) services.

How Your Role Will Make an Impact:

    • The ACTR will be responsible for directly supporting the CNIC HQ CTR by creating Navy Enterprise Tool (NET) service records and Task Order Mods, submitting Move, Add, Change (MAC) requests, Delivery Requests, and/or NET buildouts as needed. 
    • You will support checking in/out of HQ employees, creation/transfer of NMCI and Office 365 user accounts, provision designated NGEN IT solutions as directed, assist users get their derived credentials for Android and iOS mobile devices registered with DISA, support the computer hardware refresh schedule as required, respond to users requests for assistance, troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate IT solutions to support their requirements.  
    • Additionally, you will periodically perform a physical inventory of ordered services and validate, reconcile, and update the associated services in NET as needed.  When notified that MAC requests have been completed, you will validate that the NMCI contractor has fully completed the request by checking HP Service Manager and Active Directory.

What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:

    • High School Diploma
    • Clearance: Must possess an active Secret clearance
    • Minimum of two (2) years' experience working with NMCI services and supporting its associated business processes.
    • Minimum of (1) year work experience with the Navy Enterprise Tool (NET), demonstrating knowledge of one or more of the following areas: User account management (e.g. creating and transferring user accounts), Service management (e.g. ordering, transferring, or cancelling services), Order management, and other business processes (e.g. MACs, Buildouts, and Delivery Report submission) associated to this tool.  
    • Ability to work onsite at the Washington DC Navy Yard with customer support for partial telework (schedule TBD).

What Sets You Apart:

    • Familiarity with Office 365, Microsoft Teams and Power BI
    • CompTIA Security+ certification
