Client Solution Architects is looking for an experienced Information Management Officer (IMO). The Information Management Officer (IMO) acts as the organization leadership’s representative for all information management (IM) and information technology (IT) issues. The IMO works under the supervision of the organization’s Senior IMO and supports various stakeholders, such as the CIO, ISSM, and ISSO.

How Your Role Will Make an Impact:

    • Issue passwords/access, monitors system usage, and ensures proper IT security measures are followed within the organization.
    • Act as the liaison between the organization and the installation Director of Information Management (DOIM).
    • Interface with the DOIM for security, software and equipment upgrades and requests for repair.
    • Ensure the organization’s website is correct and updated.
    • Conduct a review every 18-months to ensure all organization publications, policies and procedures are updated and correct.
    • Provision Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router (NIPR) network ISs and
    • peripherals, including printers and VoIP.
    • Provision Secret Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) network ISs and peripherals; including printers, Secure VoIP, and Secure Virtual Telephone Conference (VTC).
    • Manage the organization’s Ticketing System (i.e., troubleshooting, provisioning, etc.)
    • Provision Alternate Smart Card Login (ASCL) Token Cards (i.e., NIPR, SIPR, etc.)
    • Act as a key member of the organization’s Cybersecurity Incident Response
    • Team (CSIRT), responding to security violation [i.e., spillage, Unauthorized
    • Disclosure of Classified Information (UDCI), etc.], following various incident response plans and/or playbooks.
    • Manage the organization’s Army Training & Certification Tracking System (ATCTS) accounts [i.e., DA Form 7789 - Privileged Access Agreement (PAA), DA
    • Form 2875 - System Authorization Access Request (SAAR), and Appointment Letters]
    • Provide Tier I-III support to customers
    • Perform as needed technical operations, setup and tear down of servers, systems and integration tools; maintaining RMF compliance; providing input to exercise design and technical planning products.
    • Support as needed other set-up, transition, and break down for all training and training support activities pertaining to this task order.
    • Participate in individual training, seminars, conferences, exercise/experiment planning events, site surveys, and exercise and training events and supports the planning and preparation processes and product development as needed.

What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:

    • Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Secret Security Clearance with the ability to acquire a TS/SCI with Poly
    • A bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of related experience OR an associate’s degree plus 7 years of related experience OR a major certification plus 7 years of related experience OR 11 years of related experience.
    • DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification for a minimum of IAT Level II

What Sets You Apart:

    • A fundamental understanding of Linux commands, a working knowledge of Red Hat Linux 6/7 OS, Windows 10 OS and Windows Server 2012/2019, and familiarity with SQL*Plus and Bash.
    • Experience configuring, operating, administering, troubleshooting and maintaining one or more of the following simulations and communications software: (1.) Joint Land Component Commander Training Capability (JLCCTC) / Warfighter's Simulation (WARSIM) / WARSIM Intelligence Model (WIM); (2) Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer (IEWTPT) suite; (3) Air, Space & Cyberspace Constructive Environment - Information Operations Suite (ACE-IOS).
    • A working knowledge of VMware, Perl and Javascript.
    • Familiarity with Cold Fusion and CSS.
    • Ability to develop, manage and troubleshoot simulation databases.
    • Fundamental understanding of Joint Simulation Protocol Analyzer (JSPA) software to include configuring various filters and playback log files.
    • Working knowledge of BIOS and RAID configurations to assist in troubleshooting
    • Experience with system and/or network administration and troubleshooting.
    • Experience working in a multiple-enclave environment with access to sensitive data.
    • Experience implementing information assurance measures in accordance with RMF/STIs regulations and patch management.
