Develops deliverables in tools that are compatible with NMCI and must be proficient in the use of Tableau and Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project). Provides corporate spend plans and roll up summaries and reports at a consolidated HQ/PMW level in the format prescribed by the customer reporting requirements. Evaluates financial management tools and recommendations to increase efficiencies in program management. Tracks all execution year unfunded requirements in accordance with program office standards. Maintains and updates financial databases/spreadsheets to support program requirements. This task includes data entry, problem resolution when necessary, and use of algorithms and other data analysis tools including graphs, pivot charts, macros, custom reports, and PowerPoint briefs. Populates and maintains "real time data" in corporate financial databases, e.g., NERP, and iRAPS, within the time required to support program of record schedules.

Required Qualifications

    • 7 years of specialized acquisition financial and program planning and budgeting experience within the Department of the Navy (DON).
    • 7 years of experience interpreting and applying FM principles and familiarity with FM processes, techniques, policies, regulations and organizational strategic goals.
    • 7 years of experience in being a Team Lead or senior member of the FM team with analysis decision-making experience.
    • Experience in performing independent analysis and problem solving.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office products (MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Access).
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college is required. Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is desirable. MBA preferred.
    • Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM).
    • Active Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

    • MBA, or equivalent.
