You will be responsible for proactively planning, organizing, and managing the creative workflow for Sur La Table instore signs and displays—including campaigns, promotions, and product launches—to ensure they are on time, on budget, and within scope. This role also contributes to the project management of omnichannel marketing campaigns, as needed. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will collaborate with leaders across Creative, Marketing, Merchandising, E-commerce, and outside vendors. What you get to do every day:

    • Deliver and measure successful projects utilizing Wrike software, manage end-to-end projects and campaigns including timelines, deliverables, and resource plans to ensure projects adhere to objectives
    • Monitor project progress; establish reporting cadences to deliver updates; handle issues and escalations that arise; document and follow up on critical actions, decisions, issues, risks; and send out meeting recaps in a timely manner.
    • Partner with internal visual merchandizing team and Senior Art Directors to align project strategy and requirements for monthly store marketing signage and on-going department display updates.
    • Work with business partners to measure creative performance and proactively identify areas for future refinement.
    • Monitor overall business health through weekly reporting; evaluate and determine opportunities for improvements. 
    • Prepare budget estimates based on scope of work and resource requirements, track project costs and budget, own invoicing for signage.
    • Manage relationship with print vendors, including regular business reviews and process improvements.
    • Partner with the visual merchandising team to drive creative for monthly and seasonal sign kits and floor sets for promotions, product launches, and cooking schools.

What you bring to the role:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, a plus. 
    • 5+ years of project management or related experience. Working knowledge of print production and visual merchandising preferred. 
    • Comprehensive understanding of the creative development process, concept development, print production best practices and delivery, as well as omnichannel marketing campaigns.
    • Proven track-record of partnering with designers, agencies, and vendors.
    • Organized, self-starter who excels at prioritizing and planning multi-stakeholder initiatives and competing priorities.
    • Proven ability to thrive while managing multiple competing projects in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to lead, facilitate, and present to large groups and senior leadership.
    • Examples of proactive problem-solving, both technically and creatively.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and various project management tools; Experience in Wrike, a plus.
