Gearhead Work from Home Internet Requirements

  • I understand a personal hotspot cannot be used for work, and this is a work from home requirement, working from temporary locations (like a van) is not acceptable.✱
  • I understand that remote employees are expected to have a personal internet serve provider and have bandwidth speeds that are a minimum of 25 Mbps to download and 9 Mbps to upload.✱

Gearhead Scheduling Information

  • I understand that during peak business periods (for example, Black Friday through the following week, or the week before Christmas), I may be scheduled for additional hours outside of my usual weekly hours. This may result in extra hours per work week, including but not limited to overtime (working more than 40 hours per work week), and/or shifts on additional days during these periods.✱
