This position will report to the VP of HR. 

What you get to do every day:

    • Establish strong report with the employee population. Being the first point of contact for employee questions. 
    • Support brand leaders as an advisor on HR related questions 
    • Managing HR compliance areas including I-9, E-Verify, new hire safety, anti-harassment, and other compliance training in our Learning Management System
    • Prepare RIF and Furlough documents according to the standard procedure. Work with payroll to ensure severance payments, reimbursements, and final pay by state are submitted and completed
    • Outstanding HRIS skills. Maintain proper schedules and attendance tracking in our HRIS for warehouse employees, including audits and reporting.
    • Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources federal and state requirements and maintaining records 
    • Supporting employee relations initiatives, including counseling employees and managers, conducting investigations, administering performance improvement, and addressing progressive discipline issues
    • Co-championing employee engagement, including tracking of recognition programs and awards, helping plan events, and involvement in engagement initiatives 
    • Own the HRIS updates as needed, handle audit and report requests 

What you bring to the role:

    • 5+ years of experience in a HR Generalist role 
    • Outstanding Analytical Skills 
    • Experience supporting corporate and field employees; retail industry experience a plus
    • Must be organized and detailed oriented
