We are looking for a Type A, fast, precise, and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO. AI and modern tooling are non-negotiable for you. You welcome feedback, think critically and solve problems before they surface.

This is a contract position at $34/hr. Starts at 20 hours/week with potential to ramp to 40 after a successful evaluation period.

What you get to do every day:

    • Orchestrate priorities so the CEO’s time maps to the highest-leverage work.
    • Build simple, durable systems that keep calendars, communications, and commitments aligned.
    • Own internal and external coordination by maintaining a single source of truth with current notes, locked confirmations, and day-of plans that leave nothing to chance.
    • Surface decisions early, clear blockers, and drive follow-through across stakeholders.
    • Apply AI to draft, summarize, schedule, and automate workflows to increase speed and quality.
$34 - $34 an hour
