For over 20 years, EKB Kitchens & Interiors has been the leading experts in custom kitchens throughout the Hudson Valley. With hundreds of projects completed yearly, we know that customizing a kitchen & bath is no simple task! 

We are looking for a talented leader who is excited to be the Sales General Manager of our remodeling design center.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Sales Growth – Drive sales initiatives to win new client accounts. Provide excellent customer care, as needed, to troubleshoot project issues with vendors, subcontractors, and teammates. Assist & inspire the sales team to achieve and execute sales & design initiatives.
    • Project Management – mastery level of digital software tools to streamline workflow and communication with clients, teammates, and subcontractors. Act as a tech-savvy Sales Manager to track project costs, project scheduling, change orders, and to make adjustments as needed.
    • Vendor Relations - Act as the liaison between vendors and customers to resolve any potential issues that arise in the course of a project.
    • Competitive Spirit - Maintain awareness of area competitors and what sets us apart.
    • KPI Tracking - Understand key performance indicators (KPI’s) and track team performance. Provide updates to various stakeholders in a consistent manner.
    • Collaboration - Appropriately partner with Operations, Human Resources, other departments, and teammates.
    • Culture Building - Ability to lead a team through established goals and cultivate a positive culture.


    • Preferred – Cursory knowledge of the remodeling industry or construction industry, but we are considering talented sales manager candidates from external industries as well.
    • Strong sales leadership abilities.
    • Ability to travel to client worksites for customers, teammates, and subcontractors.
    • Ability to work a varied schedule at different times of the day, week and year.


    • 4+ Years of Sales Management experience leading a team of salespeople, ideally in the remodeling industry or a construction-related industry
    • Proven Leadership experience
    • Proven Financial Management skills
    • Fluency with digital software tools and MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook)

    • Commensurate with experience, with a high emphasis on incentive compensation for strong showroom performance
    • $50,000 - $100,000+
