Warehouse Order Processor position is one of the key players in the service we provide to our customers. In this role, you would work with 20 + Customers and process daily orders efficiently and accurately. He/she is capable of maintaining effective communication with other individuals and departments as necessary. Strong knowledge and understanding of order cycle are important to establish with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities and duties:
· Processes and validates daily orders.
· Coordinate routing of customer shipments to meet customer requirements.
· Ensures accuracy and efficiency of shipment related information.
· Response to customer and sales inquiries in timely matter
· Provide accurate tracking information and shipping documents to customers and internal teams.
o Packing slips
o Bill of Lading
o Invoicing
· Generate and curate inventory reports to customer needs.
· Partner with warehouse team for inventory control and accuracy.
· Support customers and logistics incoming calls.
· Enter replacement parts orders and assist parts pricing using our database.
· Review and provide LTL bulk orders pallet dimensions for best ship methods.
· Create new order processes for new eCommerce accounts
o Provide new account instructions procedures
o Lead and train new employees on order cycle (e.g. receiving, process, ship method, tracking, invoicing)
· Support eCommerce Specialist with projects:
o Review product listing accuracy
o Provide and upload product imagery to customer portals
