We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Human Resources Recruiter to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in recruitment who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to building a strong workforce.

As a Jr. Recruiter, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting with onboarding. You’ll work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience and help bring in top talent.

·       Assist in posting job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, internal portals, etc.)

·       Source and screen potential candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals

·       Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews

·       Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers

·       Support with reference checks and background verifications

·       Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics

·       Participate in onboarding activities for new hires

·       Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

·       Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

·       0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or related internships

·       Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

·       Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

·       Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

·       Passion for people, teamwork, and learning

SEASONAL agreement for peak season. (6 months)

·        Full time $20,000 MXN monthly gross salary.

·        10-hour shift (8 am - 6 pm)

·        1 hour Lunch - 2 breaks of 15 minutes each.

·        Two days off (Fri-Sat ).
