CSC owns and operates more than 10 retail, eCommerce, and wholesale brands, including Sur La Table, Backcountry, and One Kings Lane.
What you'll be doing:
- Writing well designed, testable, readable and scalable code
- Assist in the development of new features and the enhancements of existing ones
- Collaborate with peers to review code and exchange feedback on implemented solutions
- Contribute to documentation where necessary
- Write and maintain unit and automated tests
- Coordinate and work closely with team members and other engineering teams
- Keep up with the latest web technologies, patterns and design
What you bring to this role:
- 5+ years of experience building robust, complex, and accessible user interfaces and applications
- Strong experience using React, JavaScript ES6/TypeScript
- Strong understanding of web fundamentals
- Strong Analytical, problem solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A commitment to unit and automated testing of UI components and interaction flows
- Bonus: UX design, functional programming
- Experience with AI technologies like Cursor AI, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar tools to support Frontend development and user engagement strategies is a plus.
