Job Scope
- Plan DC capacity and track the utilisation.
- Plan, evaluate and implement DC engineering projects.
- Provide technical advice and support of infrastructure issues across all DCs Maintain and manage DCIM system and hardware equipment within the DC.
- Manage equipment movement within/across DCs.
- Manage inter-DCs network connectivity.
- Implement baseline network monitoring tools to track and alert the Data Centre (infrastructure and system) health.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
- 2-5 years’ experience in Data Centre management, including capacity planning, Data Centre security and compliance
- Project Management experience deploying DC infrastructure and engineering projects
- Experience in implementing and managing Data Centre Infrastructure Management (DCIM) software
- Expert knowledge on GREEN Data Centre standard and traditional Data Centre solution
- Able to work with the team or independently with minimum supervision
