You will be part of the dynamic team responsible for building enterprise mobile technologies to improve the workforce productivity. You should have a good understanding of IT system, and knowledge in the latest mobile technologies and platforms. Our ideal candidate is a team player, keen to take on new challenges and passionate in engineering the next generation of mobile communications services for our organisation.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the enterprise mobile solutions to enable secure and reliable mobile communications services across the organisation.
- Review and identify areas for improvement through automation to optimize the mobile platforms and services for performance, scalability and resiliency.
- Ensure security and compliance of the mobile platforms and devices are in accordance with company policies and regulations
- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing queries related to their mobile device and services
Requirements (Minimum Qualifications)
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Electronic/Electrical Engineering
- Familiar with mobile operating systems such as Android, iOS
- Knowledge of Enterprise Mobile Management platforms such as Workspace ONE UEM, Samsung EMM, Microsoft Intune
- Software experience, with skills in scripting & programming languages like Python, PowerShell/Linux shell scripts, etc
- Knowledge in IT Infrastructure (i.e. IT Networks, Client and Communications)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with build automation tools like Git CI/CD, Kubernetes & Docker
- Experience with search and analytics engine such as Elasticsearch & Kibana
