We're hiring a Senior Product Manager for the Growth & Monetization team. This product manager will partner with leadership and peers on developing and influencing monetization strategies for revenue and profit growth across for the Curology brand. This will be a highly collaborative and visible role within a complex omnichannel and consumer subscription business.
In this role, you will:
- Work with leadership and product peers to build a monetization strategy to maximize revenue and gross profit per user with a focus on pricing, product bundles, cross/up-selling, promotions, subscription tiers/terms/flexibility, and infrastructure tools and capabilities across new and existing patients.
- Analyze customer demographic and behavioral data, conversion funnels, experiment with data and customer insights to identify opportunities to drive incremental revenue from new and existing customers
- Collaborate with peer Product Managers and the Physical Product Management team on product portfolio recommendation engines across audiences and entry points.
- Drive a cross-functional monetization pod across engineering, design, UXR, analytics, lifecycle, marketing, operations, and medical. Establish team rituals and effective workflows to ensure fast and thoughtful execution.
- Own your pod roadmap; develop innovative and profitable strategies and features. Present the strategy and tactics to commercial, product, and finance leadership. Educate and influence cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
- Set OKRs and financial forecasts in collaboration with leadership, analytics, and finance to drive incremental profit for the business.
- In collaboration with Analytics, establish monetization performance KPI and monitoring rituals, incorporate learnings into product definition, development, split testing process, and schedule.
- Collaborate with your immediate team and stakeholders to identify key opportunities, develop hypotheses, and deliver innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Drive product development through the entire cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration
- Perform qualitative and quantitative market and user research to explore and validate opportunities.
- Lead monthly reviews for your pod and contribute to larger organizational all-hands and strategic reviews.
You will be successful if you have:
- 7+ years of experience across Product Management, E-commerce / Subscription Monetization, and Growth. Past Consulting & Strategy experience is a plus.
- 3+ years driving revenue for a B2C company
- 3+ years of developing, executing, and interpreting experiments and quantitative data, translating results into insights and actionable steps. You can analyze raw data and guide data science and finance partners on advanced analyses and modeling. Bonus if you have SQL skills.
- Proven experience leveraging qualitative insights to prioritize user problems that will help achieve customer satisfaction and favorable business outcomes. We are not looking for shortcuts to drive revenue and want you to have a keen focus on customers.
- You have exceptional leadership potential and experience leading a cross-functional team across technical and non-technical disciplines towards a common goal, with a history of proven results.
- You bring a team-first mentality and a knack for working well with diverse stakeholders, ensuring everyone has the space to contribute their unique perspectives.
- You are a listener and collaborator: you build buy-in and involve the appropriate perspectives in the decision-making process but feel comfortable being definitive and making tough calls.
- You have crisp written and verbal communication skills and can adjust your content to the audience. You are good at simplifying complex concepts
- You are humble and know your blind spots - you seek advice and input where necessary to have common success.

The base salary for this position will be between $155,000 to $190,000 depending on your experience, skillset, and geographic location.
