Electronic Warfare Hardware Engineer

We're seeking a highly skilled Electronic Warfare Hardware Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, testing and building Electronic Support (ES), Electronic Attack (EA) and/or Anti-jam features for communications, radar and other RF systems.

Key Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and test electronic warfare systems including jammers, signal processors, and signal identification tools
    • Conduct modeling and simulation for radio system performance and key functions such as triangulation
    • Develop and implement signal processing algorithms for electronic warfare applications
    • Design and optimize antenna systems for electronic warfare platforms
    • Utilize frequency hopping and other counter-jamming techniques to enhance system robustness1
    • Perform modeling, system analysis and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of electronic warfare systems
    • Work alongside and mentor a talented team of hardware and software engineers and help generalists understand the fundamentals of EW
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in electronic warfare technology and implement best practices

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
    • Receiver design experience including analog, digital and analog circuit design including familiarity with Altium or similar tools 
    • Specific experience with integrating RWRs, Electronic Sensing, COMINT, SIGINT or ELINT systems at the subsystem level
    • Familiarity with Receiver channelizers
    • RF Filter design and analysis
    • RF testing or range experienceEMI/EMC testing, analysis and certification testing 
    • ITAR Restrictions:
    • To Conform to US Government Regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. Citizen or National, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. $190,000 - $220,000 a year
