We raise the value, performance, and awareness of the work done by research, data, and experimentation teams. We do this by improving experimentation processes, measurement, and education. As a result, experimentation departments' influence grows among other business units, the c-suite, and the wider industry.

We focus on Lead gen and Ecommerce digital conversion problems. 70% B2B, 30% B2C 

We're looking for a CRO Project Manager to join our team to service US timezones. You'll be working with mid-market to large enterprise-sized companies, and deliver managed conversion optimization and experimentation program services.

Thorough and successful previous project management experience is a must. 

Your role is to be a strong project leader in the team. Your goal is to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard. The Project Manager is responsible for making sure the machine purrs, with a smile.

Job Description

    • Our clients like that we are the task masters who push them to be more organized and productive. You are the key driver of this.
    • Plan and manage the delivery of multiple projects, including; project plans, deliverables, milestones, and client status updates.
    • Monitor project performance and promptly address any issues or concerns in terms of meeting deadlines or quality of deliverables.
    • Delegate work to subject matter experts and hold them accountable by ensuring that they have accepted deadlines and understand the expectations/deliverables.
    • Anticipate obstacles, conflicts, or objections from stakeholders and address them before issues arise. 
    • Gather feedback and action suggestions to improve deliverables and working practices.
    • Build strong client relationships and act as the main client point of contact.
    • Lead and facilitate regular meetings with clients and provide status updates on project progress and results. 
    • Set up and manage task/project management tools.
    • Present complex information in a clear, confident and well-paced manner, that is tailored to the audience.
    • Foster an open and collaborative work culture where others feel safe to raise constructive criticism or issues. 
    • Build consensus and team spirit within internal and external client teams.
    • Help develop other PM team members by sharing knowledge and learnings. 
    • Keep abreast of trends in project management and use this knowledge to help shape and achieve our company goals.

Qualifications

    • At least 5 years of successful project management experience preferably in an agency setting.
    • Previous experience with task/project management tools like ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or similar.
    • Excellent relationship/team building and communication skills.
    • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
    • A great problem solver. 
    • Ability to successfully manage multiple complex projects at the same time.
    • Highly self-aware with good emotional intelligence.
    • Excellent presentation skills.
    • Basic understanding of A/B testing and/or digital analytics work.
    • Experience managing and developing discipline workflows
