The Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in fraud prevention, financial crimes prevention, and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in combating fraud and financial crimes, while liaising closely with our cybersecurity team.

What you'll do

    • Lead efforts to identify, mitigate, and prevent fraud and financial crimes.
    • Collaborate with cybersecurity to ensure robust security measures.
    • Conduct data analysis and process reviews to stay ahead of new attack vectors.
    • Understand and analyse fraud and risk typologies and behaviours.
    • Provide feedback to engineering and ops for solution improvements.
    • Align product roadmap with CXNPL’s North Star strategy.
    • Maintain comprehensive product documentation.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.

Who you are

    • 5+ years of experience in the banking, fraud, and financial crimes space.
    • Proven experience in managing fraud and financial crime prevention.
    • Strong data analysis skills and process review capabilities.
    • In-depth knowledge of fraud and risk typologies and behaviours.
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
    • Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritise effectively.
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial industry.
