The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst - Data will play a critical role in supporting our sales, marketing, and finance teams by providing data-driven insights and optimizing revenue operations processes. This position will be responsible for analyzing revenue data, managing revenue systems, and ensuring alignment across departments to drive efficiency and support strategic decision-making.
Let's talk about your role and responsibilities:
- Analyze revenue-related data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to sales, marketing, and finance teams to optimize revenue growth.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and maintain revenue forecasting models. Ensure accuracy and consistency in revenue projections across the organization.
- Manage and optimize CRM systems and other revenue-related tools. Ensure data integrity, streamline processes, and provide training to team members on best practices.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue generation. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance against targets.
- Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies, discounting policies, and promotional programs. Analyze the impact of pricing decisions on revenue and profitability.
- Assist in the coordination of sales and marketing campaigns, including lead generation, lead scoring, and conversion tracking. Provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition. Assist in the reconciliation of revenue data and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, including market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer segmentation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align revenue operations with overall business objectives. Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Extensively working with Cross/Functional teams on Processing Renewals, Quotes and Order Management
Let's talk about your skills/expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, financial analysis, or a related role, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience providing analysis and work product to senior executives, including C-suites and Boards of Directors preferred
- Experience in working with Renewals, Order Management and Quoting Process
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Domo).
- Advanced Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, revenue recognition principles, and sales processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
