Cyara, a global leader in CX Assurance, is seeking a Vice President of Content Marketing to lead and elevate our global brand presence while overseeing all content-related initiatives. This key leadership role will shape the narrative and visual identity of Cyara, driving our brand presence across various platforms and ensuring our messaging resonates with our audience. The ideal candidate has a passion for creating high-quality, engaging content that serves both performance and brand marketing. As a player-coach, the candidate thrives in fast-paced, result-oriented environments fostering collaboration and transparency. 

Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:

    • Lead the content and brand strategy, ensuring it aligns with Cyara’s business goals. 
    • Lead and manage a team of content creators including writing, web development, SEO, graphic design, and video content, to deliver high-quality, engaging content across all channels. 
    • Oversee the creation of all content, ensuring it aligns with Cyara’s brand voice and supports marketing initiatives, including thought leadership, product launches, and customer success stories. 
    • Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams (e.g., product, sales, customer success) to ensure content and brand strategies are integrated into overall business strategy. 
    • Drive the visual identity of Cyara by leading graphic design efforts, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints (website, social, print, etc.). 
    • Optimize engagement on the Cyara.com website including setting KPIs to measure success, managing SEO, and owning the website user experience. 
    • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors for design, content production, and brand development projects. 
    • Set KPIs and reporting mechanisms for content effectiveness, ensuring ROI and alignment with broader marketing and business objectives 
    • Lead efforts to grow and evolve the Cyara brand, ensuring its relevance in a rapidly changing marketplace. 
    • Serve as a key storyteller for the brand, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with both technical and business audiences. 

Let’s talk about your skills/expertise:

    • 15+ years of experience in content and brand marketing, with at least 5 years in leadership roles. 
    • A Bachelor’s degree in related field. 
    • Demonstrated success in scaling content and brand initiatives in high-growth enterprise environments, ideally B2B SaaS. 
    • Strong expertise in brand management, including experience with brand positioning, messaging, and identity development. 
    • Mastery at storytelling, content strategy, and best practices across marketing channels. 
    • Strong background in graphic design and visual branding, video content and copy writing. 
    • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and AI tools to enable scalability of the team. Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketo, ideal. 
    • Experience managing and mentoring creative teams, fostering collaboration, and driving high-performance results. 
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders. 
$170,000 - $215,000 a year
Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
