The Role:
We are looking for a results-oriented Single Risk Product Advisor, passionate about delivering exceptional value to clients, focused on our market leading cyber risk SaaS analytics platform for the (re)insurance industry. The role sits within the wider Client Success Team which provides a critical role to support clients in understanding and getting the most out of our modelling technology. Our functional mission statement is: Make customers successful through demonstrating the value of our analytics to support their evolving critical business needs. We act as the voice of the customer internally, and the face of CyberCube within the (re)insurance ecosystem.  The Strategic Client Partner will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive all the knowledge, understanding and support they need to successfully leverage our analytics platform.

Primary Responsibilities

    • Fully understand and become conversant in all aspects of single risk modelling software products and able to explain to clients
    • Liaise with wider client success team on single risk product offering developments
    • With limited supervision, lead training and onboarding for multiple cyber insurance clients across the entire cyber insurance value chain
    • Collaborate with other functions to deliver excellent results for clients to ensure renewals and cross-sell / upsell opportunities
    • Understand client stakeholders and processes
    • Generate training content and materials for single risk products
    • Bring all CyberCube stakeholders to serve client needs
    • Establish definition of success for client
    • Be first point of contact for various single risk clients
    • Understand business workflow and where CyberCube fits in
    • Work closely with Product and Analytics teams bringing the voice of the client
    • Maintain Gainsight / Hubspot records for accounts
    • Manage escalation points in product / service delivery
    • Obtaining feedback from client

Primary Objectives

    • Be a go-to-market Subject Matter Expert for our single risk software products
    • Support sales organization in pre- and post- contract client engagement
    • Act as an ambassador for CyberCube Analytics in engaging the insurance market
    • Provide practical advice and insight to enable clients to maximize utility of software


    • Working understanding of cyber insurance marketplace
    • Ideally Cyber Broker or Underwriting background
    • 2-5 years of experience
    • Broad technical knowledge of cyber security issues
    • Strong awareness of commercial insurance issues including cyber risk insurance
    • Highly effective communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal
    • Demonstrated ability in client account management and relationship/network building
    • Technical presentation skills
    • High level of professional integrity and commitment to execution of deliverables
    • Fluent computer / Office skills
    • Minimum of 2 years at a position with a technical specialty insurance background, in particular cyber insurance underwriting and / or broking
    • Minimum Bachelor's degree education

Work Environment

    • As a start-up there will be a lot of flexibility, including standard global work from home day
    • Shared workspace in and working on client sites
    • 20% travel can be expected, primarily to continental Europe and USA
