Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Recruiter for a 6-month contract to support our growing sales organization. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier sales professionals across various levels. You’ll partner closely with sales leadership and HR teams to understand hiring needs, develop strategic talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for sales roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding support.
- Build strong pipelines of qualified candidates through active sourcing, networking, and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements, develop job descriptions, and align hiring goals.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
- Track candidate progress using ATS tools and provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Provide data-driven insights and reports on hiring progress and challenges.
- Maintain compliance with all employment laws and internal hiring policies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong focus on sales roles (SaaS, B2B, inside/outside sales preferred).
- Proven track record of filling high-volume sales positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing skills using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions at once.
- Familiarity with recruiting metrics and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
Contract Details:
- Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)
- Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Location: Toronto, ON [1-2 days in office/Hybrid]
