Title:  Sales Manager
Reporting to: Head of Sales APAC
Location: Phuket, Thailand.

MISSIONS:

    • Meet country sales targets for new sales.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients.
    • Run a proactive and disciplined prospection strategy and build a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
    • Plan and prepare sales presentations and execute demos for deals.
    • Bring expertise to the clients on products and solutions of the company.
    • Achieve the sales target for Thailand by increasing the number of clients and recurring revenue base.
    • Prepare financial proposals and financial business models for key deals. 
    • To research, consolidate and document competitive intelligence.
    • Partner with cross functional business teams to ensure you provide the right solutions and/or occasionally intervenes on the resolution of any issues with our clients
    • Build and maintain positive customer relations and collaborate with various functions within the company to ensure we are providing the best customer experience to our clients.
    • Represent D-EDGE as the first point of contact for existing accounts based in Thailand.
    • Work on ad hoc projects upon request.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

    • Background
    • Experience in hospitality (revenue management, distribution, digital marketing), Hotel Technology and sales.
    • Sales driven with a strong commercial first mindset.
    • Work in sales for a minimum of 5 years.

    • System skills 
    • Knowledge of hotel distribution ecosystem.
    • Computer efficiency in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Salesforce.
    • Tech Savvy and able to quickly adapt to learning new platforms and technologies

    • Soft skills 
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Strategic thinker able to prioritise and manage time effectively.
    • Able to work independently while also collaborating stakeholders internally and externally.
