The Pre Sales Engineer will support sales activities in qualifying customers, gathering customer requirements, demonstrating product capabilities, and answering enquiries to our customers satisfaction.
As a subject matter expert on our product’s portfolio, the Pre-Sales Representative will attend meetings and interact with D-Fend’s global Pre-Sales teams, contribute to strategy meetings held by the marketing and product teams and share lessons learned from field activities to supply input for the development road map of the product line.
Job requirements:
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers
- Communicates with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
- Report, summarize and plan ongoing activities with the Regional Sales Direction / VP Sales
- Characterize solutions to meet customer needs
- Hold technical and operational meeting and demonstrations with customers
- Maintain strong connection with potential accounts, answer and reply to customer queries and follow up on assigned activities
Required Qualifications:
- Technical background in operating RF/Cyber systems in the defense industry and/or private sector.
- English – Full professional proficiency.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to travel frequently.
- Availability to work from our UK London office.
