Job Overview: 
We're looking for a motivated and talented Junior RF Automation Test Engineer to join our R&D Automation Group. This role is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in RF technology, focusing on developing and implementing automated RF testing solutions. You'll gain hands-on experience ensuring the quality and performance of our cutting-edge products by combining your foundational knowledge of RF systems with your Python programming skills to create efficient and reliable test environments.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in developing and maintaining automated RF test tools using Python.
    • Write and execute automated tests in Python using frameworks like PyTest.
    • Learn to configure, calibrate, and operate RF test equipment, including Vector Signal Generators (VSGs) and Spectrum Analyzers (SAs), for various RF measurements.
    • Support the creation of RF test setups for product validation and basic troubleshooting.
    • Analyze test results, contribute to reports, and present findings to team members.
    • Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to integrate automated RF testing into the product development cycle.
    • Work with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab for test automation pipelines.
    • Utilize the ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) stack for logging and data analysis.
    • Participate in outdoor field RF testing with live drones.
    • Stay current with emerging RF technologies and testing methodologies.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering – Mandatory.
    • Knowledge of Python programming – Mandatory.
    • Basic understanding of RF concepts and measurement techniques.
    • Familiarity with RF test equipment like Vector Signal Generators (VSG) and Spectrum Analyzers (SA) is a plus.
    • Eagerness to learn and a strong problem-solving aptitude.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge (Great to have, but not required):

    • Any exposure to wireless communication standards (e.g., Wi-Fi, cellular technologies).
    • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
