Responsibilities:
- Provide clear, hands-on legal advice on areas including regulatory compliance, DECA, commercial contracts, corporate governance, and employment matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts — from vendor and customer agreements to partnership, services, and employment-related documents.
- Support international business activities, ensuring we meet both Israeli and global legal requirements.
- Help shape company policies and compliance practices to align with laws and regulations.
- Act as a trusted partner to teams such as procurement, HR, finance, and operations, offering practical, business-minded legal solutions.
- Work with regulators and manage outside counsel when needed.
Requirements:
- LL.B. or equivalent law degree.
- Licensed to practice law in Israel (Israel Bar admission required).
- At least 5 years of legal experience, ideally in a tech company or a top law firm.
- Solid background in regulatory/compliance and commercial transactions; experience in employment or corporate law is a plus.
- Fluent English (spoken and written), with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- A problem solver with good business judgment and the ability to balance legal and commercial needs.
- Comfortable working independently, handling several projects at once, and meeting deadlines.
- A strong communicator and collaborator who enjoys working with different teams.
