The Daily Wire is looking to add an Executive Business Manager for The Matt Walsh Show! The Executive Business Manager drives the creation, management, expansion, and elevation of The Matt Walsh Show across various platforms. Leveraging his/her deep understanding of media, marketing, and brand management, the Executive Business Manager is responsible for growing and maximizing the value of the Company’s most high-profile talent brands. By overseeing day-to-day talent management and ensuring alignment between producers, content creators, and e-commerce personnel, the Executive Business Manager ensures superior execution of Matt Walsh’s brand growth strategy. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy Development
Develops and implements a comprehensive brand growth strategy to enhance the talent's market presence and reach. Identifies new market opportunities and audience segments to expand the talent's influence. Collaborates with talent and senior leadership to align brand goals with overall business objectives. Develops and manages an annual Profit & Loss for each assigned talent brand.
 
Marketing and Content Strategy
Oversees the creation and distribution of engaging and high-quality content across various media channels, including social media, podcasts, YouTube, and traditional and non-traditional media. Implements innovative marketing campaigns to drive audience engagement and brand loyalty. Uses data analytics to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
 
Partnerships and Collaborations
Identifies and secures strategic partnerships and collaborations with other influencers, brands, and media outlets to expand the talent's reach. Negotiates and manages contracts and agreements with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
 
Brand Management
Maintains and enhances the talent's brand image and reputation through consistent messaging and quality control. Monitors public perception and addresses any potential issues or crises in a timely and effective manner.
 
Revenue Growth
Develops and implements monetization strategies, including merchandise, subscription services, live events, speaking opportunities, appearances, partnerships, etc. Drives revenue growth through innovative business models and diversified income streams.
 
Business Management
Oversees the talent brands’ platforms, ensuring alignment with the Company’s brand goals and values. Provides general management support for each talent brand’s overall business, including full P and L accountability. Guides all aspects of production for talent. Ensures high-quality content creation in line with the talent brands’ identity(ies).
 
Cross-functional Collaboration
Fosters a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovation and excellence across multiple departments, including marketing, e-commerce, production, legal and any other departments that contribute to the company’s talent brands’ growth.
 
Other Duties as Assigned
Additional functions and requirements may be assigned by supervisors as deemed appropriate.
 
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or similar field preferred. Proven experience in brand management, marketing, and strategic planning, preferably within the media or entertainment industry.
 
Demonstrated Skills/Abilities/Competencies
·     5+ years’ experience of brand management required, preferably managing talent brands
·     Demonstrated skill in producing and managing content production
·     Demonstrated ability to achieve business and revenue goals
·     Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
·     Strong understanding of current events, the conservative and liberal media landscapes, digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation
·     Excellent business acumen, attention to detail and focus on results required
·     Observable passion for the Company and its talent brands
·     Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
·     Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive brand growth and innovation
·     Proficiency in data analytics and performance measurement tools
·     Superior conflict resolution and relationship building skills
·     Demonstrated ability to work well in a high-pressure environment 
·     Ability to influence stakeholders with exceptional ideas that build value 
·     Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated ability to work confidently and respectfully at all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
·     G-suite proficiency
·     Interest in and/or familiarity with the political and editorial news landscapes a plus

Compensation:  Dependent upon experience
