We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Sales Internship to help provide strategic insight across Acute and Non Acute groups. This new addition will help support the sales team for a 3-month contract by participating fully from project inception through to completion - learning a broad spectrum of market research-related skills along the way.
Responsibilities
- Research the marketplace and identify key targets
- Research competitive offerings in the marketplace
- Assistance with product sales initiatives
- Collect data on acute / non- acute markets, and other indicators of demand
- Utilize appropriate research and statistical techniques to identify key data (phone, email, web)
- Assist the Sales team in administrative responsibilities
- Conduct telephone interviews for research purposes only
- Synthesize key data points and recording findings via excel
Requirements
- 0- 2 years’ experience (Entry level position)
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong professional writing and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent phone etiquette, comfortable being on the phone for prolonged periods of time
- Strong analytical and critical thinking
- Search engines and business research tools acumen
- Previous high call volume experience
