We are looking for an effective, hands-on leader to join our growing team as a Plant Supervisor 3rd shift based full time in Easton, PA.
The Plant Supervisor manages staff, ensures safe and efficient workflows, and oversees plant maintenance. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can motivate others to perform at their best.

Your role will involve
- Facilitate hiring, training, development, and day-to-day direction of the shift team.
- Perform quality checks on all smart containers entering and exiting the facility.
- Deliver regular quality assurance training and maintain compliance with key metrics.
- Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies with practical solutions.
- Oversee stock control, inventory, and ordering processes, reporting to Plant Managers.
- Lead projects as directed by Plant or Senior Managers.
- Monitor plant equipment, making minor repairs when possible, and ensuring preventive maintenance is completed.
- Develop and maintain continuous improvement initiatives such as process flow mapping, time-in-motion studies, and risk assessments.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory, ISO, AQIS, and OSHA standards.
- Promote a culture of safety and accountability through regular training and housekeeping.
- Ensure effective communication across teams and departments using Daniels’ platforms.
- Manage allocation of resources including headcount, scheduling, and budgets.
- Assist with annual performance reviews and foster a customer-service-oriented team culture.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a plant, warehouse, or relatable environment.
- Mechanical background with ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
- Familiarity with OSHA and similar safety regulations.
- Proven track record of improving processes and procedures.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail and record-keeping.
- Ability to motivate and work well with diverse teams.
- Comfortable with physically demanding work including:
- Lifting up to 55 pounds and pushing/pulling carts up to 300 pounds.
- Occasional bending, twisting, and working in confined spaces.
- Standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or extended hours as production demands.
- Working hours are 11pm - 7am
