Nous cherchons à embaucher un opérateur d’usine pour notre installation de traitement des déchets médicaux Daniels à Québec. Un opérateur d'usine a un rôle très varié, allant de l'enregistrement des conteneurs à la double vérification des documents, au déplacement/déchargement de conteneurs de déchets spécifiques et à l'utilisation d'un chariot élévateur pour charger un autoclave. L'opérateur d'usine idéal est une personne qui aime la variété dans son travail et qui est capable de réfléchir à des problèmes pratiques.
We are looking to hire a Plant Operator for our Daniels’ medical waste treatment facility in St. Jean sur Richelieu . A Plant Operator has a widely varying role, from checking in containers, double checking paperwork, moving/unloading specific waste containers, and operating a forklift to load an autoclave. The ideal Plant Operator is an individual who likes variety in their work and can think through practical problems.
Responsibilities:
- Réception et traitement des différents flux de déchets.
- Scanne les déchets dans Route Optics à des fins de tenue de registres appropriées.
- Maintient les fonctions de la chaudière et de l’autoclave pour assurer une efficacité de fonctionnement maximale.
- S'assure que tous les déchets sont correctement traités et/ou stockés conformément à toutes les exigences réglementaires.
- Veiller à ce qu'un approvisionnement adéquat en bacs et bacs réutilisables propres soit facilement disponible à des fins logistiques.
- Lave et assure le contrôle qualité de tous les bacs et bacs réutilisables.
- S'assure que les problèmes d'entretien ménager, par exemple les déversements nettoyés, le sol sec et les débris qui ne se trouvent pas sur le sol, etc., sont résolus immédiatement.
- Effectuer des tâches supplémentaires et aider dans d'autres domaines de l'exploitation de l'usine selon les directives du directeur des opérations.
- Receiving and processing of the various waste streams.
- Scans waste into Route Optics for proper record keeping purposes.
- Maintains the boiler and the autoclave functions to ensure maximum operating efficiency.
- Ensures that all waste is properly processed and/or stored in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Ensures an adequate supply of clean reusable bins and totes are readily available for logistics purposes.
- Washes and ensures quality control of all reusable bins and totes.
- Ensures housekeeping issues, e.g., spills cleaned up, floor is dry, and debris not on floor, etc., are addressed immediately.
- Performs additional duties and assists in other areas of the plant operation as directed by Operations Manager
$20 - $21 an hour
