A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join our growing global business in the role of People and Business Support Coordinator. This role provides general coordination and administrative support to the Chief People Officer including coordination of recruitment/onboarding & offboarding process, project support, reporting requirements, and administrative P&C lifecycle activities both locally and internationally.
 

Responsibilities:

    • Facilitate Monthly Reporting; global headcount report, dashboard report, leadership reports etc
    • General correspondence, admin& record keeping
    • Support for organisational development – management of organisational charts, wellness checks and other activities as directed
    • Project work as directed to support key P & C initiatives
    • Policy review coordination and training during onboarding
    • Assist Managers with basic onboarding requests
    • Contract Management support, coding invoices for approval practices, general support around budget and consolidation of P & C contract expiry
    • EA administration; where applicable, general life support for CPO and travel assistance and expenses.
    • Support Talent Team to Coordinate Australian based advertising efforts where required; draft and post via Seek, indeed, LinkedIn etc.
    • Conduct initial screening, references and arrange Interviews as per the Talent Acquisition Manager needs
    • Prepare contracts/offer letters and welcome packs for new employees
    • Liaise with payroll officer on monthly basis to provide updated employee information for accurate and successful monthly employee payrolls through ADP.
    • Support company invites/ general coordination of company events, WHS activities etc

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

    • Self-starter, can do attitude, able to use initiative, enjoys working autonomously (and as part of a team) with humour
    • Excellent level of computer literacy (Word, excel and outlook)
    • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
    • Good time management and organisational skills
    • Experience working in an administrative role in a fast- paced environment
    • Excellent problem solving skills
