Daniels Health is looking for an exceptionally passionate, multitasking individual that is self-motivated and experienced in supporting a plant or manufacturing facility with daily administrative tasks.

The Operations Administrator would work in tandem with the Operations leadership to create a well run and compliant Business Unit.  The role has core responsibilities; however, the nature of the work will be dynamic in that the duties will be defined by the business unit needs. The focus of the role will be administrative. The role is designed to enhance communication, maintain accurate records, and assist in performance tracking and compliance efforts - a critical extension of the Business Unit Director. 

What will you do?

    • Enter all data into the Metric board spreadsheet
    • Update metric board with operation’s data
    • Scan all audits and upload to the shared drives
    • Scan all Concur receipts
    • Periodically complete container and facility audits.
    • Assist in project work (For example enter the green tags in current study)
    • Enter all temp hours into Squirrel
    • Upload training files into system
    • Complete Uline and Amazon orders in Coupa
    • Do all new vendor paperwork. (Secure insurance and diversity letters)
    • Complete monthly stock takes.
    • Support Customer Service during surveys and if closing falls behind.
    • Support operations in off site delivery and supply pick up
    • Run to post office and UPS when needed. 
    • Home Depot and operation supply
    • Emergency runs to office supply stores.
    • Create postings, operations staff letters, and photocopy company supplied flyers.
    • General office tasks including lamination, label making, white board creation, etc.
    • Scan and update files on Autoclave and Washline sheets.
    • Updating SDS books and supporting compliance Matrix actions.
    • Work with Travel on coordinating travel arrangement

What are we looking for?

    • 3+ years of administrative experience
    • Administrative experience within a manufacturing/operational environment preferred
    • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
    • Good with computer systems (Microsoft office suite, etc.)
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking ability
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset

    • Permanent position – This is a Full-time permanent role of 40-50 hours per week
